At Deal Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
